As co-founder of Sapentis, Ian’s ambition was to establish a company that offers a dynamic and innovative business with clear differentiation from competitors. His experience within the life science sector includes roles in sales management, training, business development, sales force effectiveness and general management has provided the foundation on which to build a highly successful company operating across various industry verticals. Ian has proven global sales and operations experience with a demonstrable track record of growing revenues and profits, winning new business and team development across Europe, Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. His entrepreneurial spirit means things within Sapentis move at quite a pace and his drive to provide clients with exactly what they need keeps everyone on their toes.

Co-founder of Sapentis, Ken has had a working relationship with Ian that spans almost twenty years. He has been active in the pharmaceutical sector for more than 25 years, starting as a medical representative with Searle before moving to Innovex. There he worked with a wide range of clients as training manager, business manager, business information manager – he was instrumental in building Innovex’s business information department – and National Sales Manager. Leaving in 2001 he built and ran his own business information consultancy providing bespoke solutions and strategic decision support to pharmaceutical companies in the UK and abroad before selling his stake and setting up Sapentis with Ian.

Graham was one of the 4 people who helped set up Innovex which became the world leading Pharma services business when merged with Quintiles. He developed contract sales services, ran the USA Clinical and Sales Services and worked on various International programmes. Since1996 Graham has Chaired a number of entrepreneurial businesses notably Healthcare Logistics which became the UK’s market leader, then a number of start-up businesses in recruitment, resourcing, Medical Technologies and Devices. After 2 years training as a business coach with the world’s largest coaching business, Graham resurrected his own consultancy, coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and leaders in creating growth and value. He owns a domiciliary care business and is an active Director of an Innovative Helmet technology business.

Tony has over 20 years experience designing and developing award-winning interactive solutions for several leading creative agencies across many industry sectors. He coordinates our brand, web sites and corporate media strategy. Key specialisms include: creative direction, creative conceptual thinking, user interface design, corporate identity, brand development, e-commerce, campaign management as well as social / inbound marketing strategies. An enthusiastic problem solver, mentor and motivator of creative and technical teams, he recognises and inspires the best in others for success.

He has far-reaching professional networks spanning global pharmaceutical clients, industry suppliers and government stakeholders.

Férid has 20 years experience working in various industries giving him a wide skill set. From building a commercial network of retailers to defining and implementing strategic business plans, he has been involved in recruitment, training, product launches and setting up business models. Férid specialises in business modelling, strategic marketing and market survey, and further skills gathered throughout his career include management of channel distribution, sales management and business unit management.
